Hey doll! Try Trader Joe’s organic lentil spaghetti in the light blue package it cooks up delicious very aldente 👍👍 it’s excellent! I also love having the hearts of palm pasta in chicken soup! You have to rinse it well and dry it out in a pan until it gets a little crispy. It goes well in chicken soup it bulks it up filling and goes nice because nuts a veggie and goes good with other veggies in a soup instead of sauce 😊you got me on nuts and more! I got the maple chocolate pretzel! Omg! When I got it I thought it went bad because it’s all dry not spreadable but so delicious just spoon fulls of it! Every bite I get a little chocolate a little maple protein peanut butter it’s so satisfying but dangerous! I can’t understand how the pretzels stay crunchy the whole time! It’s amazing just need portion control!❤️

Wow, you remind me of me 20 years ago!!! WW DOES work and I've learned over the years that lots of veggies for swapping things out is key and some fruits as well. I'm so certain foods are zero points now and I've been loving the program. I've kept most of it off for years, but just recently gained about 10-12 pounds back, but because I keep just 2 sizes in the closet I catch myself before it gets crazy out of hand. One thing about your Nuts and More - which looks so yummy by the way.... have you ever tried PB 2 ?? I'm a huge peanut butter fan and we all know peanut butter has high points, I make up 2 or sometimes 4 tablespoons of PB 2 - so it's only 1 or 2 points, then microwave it for 20 seconds. I use this to go with bananas or whatever else I love peanut butter with, sometimes even a tablespoon of Lily's chocolate chips so it tastes like a Reese cup. I'll try the Nuts and More, but I'm afraid I won't have control with that yummy jar :) Oh and the Swerve Brown sugar is delicious on my oatmeal!!!

Connect with a WW coach and ask. For me, if I eat a lot of processed foods then I don't lose even if I keep to my points. I eat 1 pound cooked nonstarchy veggies daily, 1 pound whole raw fruit, and then beans or whole carbs plus fresh nonstarchy veggies. Each person is so different, right?
