My ZOOMCAR Experience Good or Bad Review | Self Drive Car India | Rishabh Chatterjee

Had worst experience ever.. a friendly advice don't plan your trips vacations depending on Zoom Car. I had booked Mahindra Scorpio for my family vacation. 4 hours before the travel thier executive call and informs vehicle is not available. I am given two options, 1) go for smaller car- this was not possible as i have already had 7 members to be occupying the vehicle. 2) go and collect a 7 sitter (TUV) vehicle 1.5-2 hrs away from me. Again not suitable because i had to travel in next 4 hrs. As per customer service executive i have to choose either one of it or he will forcibly cancel the booking. Leaving me in deep soup. In this day and age this is not expected.

Zoomcar during back in 2015 16 was the best thing, the cars were fortuner 4x4, merc cla and gla,bmw 3 series . Now they provide all shit cars

Zoomcar has not paid back refund amount. Consistently the support team ZAP gives frivolous and self generated excuses. Coming days will see doomsday for it

Hello Marth, yes, you will have to own the Indian number to receive the message. You can rent our vehicle in Delhi. However, we regret we do not have one-way service from Delhi to Goa as of now, you will have to drop the vehicle at the same location from where it is picked.

The ZOOMCAR LOGO on the car door is HORRIBLE and the WHITE COLOR vehicles which look like a TAXI and the person driving the car looks like a TAXI DRIVER. This kind of LOGO system is only done in India for publicity which is FREE for the company using the customer as a MARKETING AGENT. I have seen this type of LOGO BRANDING on the car door only in India, other countries do not use their LOGO on the car at all, not even on the front and back glass. When will these companies here learn that the whole purpose of renting a car for SELF DRIVE is to have the feel and comfort like our OWN CAR, NOT FEEL LIKE A TAXI DRIVER.

From my last 5 zoomcar bookings, 3 of them had speed governors installed but only one of them was functional to limit the speed at 80 kmph. Notably, the car with the functional speed limiter was brand new. So now it'll be based on your luck whether you'll get a brand new car or a car without speed limiter.
