Great video. Some correction, though. The word "gravis" in the name signifies "grave" and has nothing to do with pregnancy. Myasthenia Gravis simply means "grave muscle weakness."

Excellent lecture, as always. Could you just clear one point for me? I understood that MusK receptors can also be found at presynaptic nerve fibers, but the literature I am used to says that they are only located at the postsynaptic membrane of the NMJ, where they a play a critical role in the clustering of AchR. Thanks!
