I have bought extended warranty for both my santro and XUV 500 and have saved so much money in repairs. Atleast in both companies they did not have any exclusions in comparison to the normal warranty. I always recommend extended warranty.

Sir, I'm really thankful to you for such knowledge you have shared. I have been following all the videos of yours. Recently self have bought a brand new tata nexon xz+o during lockdown. Dealer have tried to fool me by adding logistics charge and AMC gold/ptp. Where I have directly deny to pay anything rather than the ex showroom price, tcs and the extended warranty and the dealer by no other choice has accepted. You knowledge is really valueble to me. I bought a pre-owned 2018 Nexon (P) in March and bought the extended warranty for 3 years/1,25,000 kms and P2P couple of days back. It costed me almost ₹30,000. Dipak Deka they are not even close! Warranty covers only manufacturing defects or part breakdown due to non-accidental reasons. Insurance is only for accidental damages!

Hi Sir , please can you address one query. A lot of these warranty, insurance products are sold by dealership of their own and they just lie that its from company . Later own you realize that the product is agency specific. This happens a lot with Maruti as their dealerships are so big in turnover that they can do this easily. In my case, it happened with Sai Service in Pune.
