Hye.Can u please elaborate more on the lower motor neuron issue that is also affected in myelopathy.

I will get into more detail later, but briefly the somas of lower motor neurons are in the spinal cord, so at the level of the lesion there may be lower motor neuron signs if those somas are affected.
