i installed this radio in my 2012 passat tdi sel with fender audio and the can decoder wont send signal to amplifier and i cant get sound from any of the speakers.

Please enter the factory settings (Settings-->Car--->Factory settings-->enter password 126-->CanBus) and set the CANBUS option to 01 VW&SKODA (Simple&Raise) and try again. If the original car has an amplifier, please set the Amplifier option on the Canbus settings page to With amplifier. Note: After setting, you need to click "Apply" and then "EXIT" to exit and choose to restart to succeed. 3. It is recommended to try updating the software of the unit. Online update method: kzbin.info/www/bejne/kGGzoK2Cn9yGY9U 4. Please check whether the Canbus of the unit and the two Amp control wires are connected correctly. 5. If it is still abnormal, please take a photo of the system version information, complete wiring between AMP and Canbus and send them to [e-mail]. We will further analyze and provide suggestions.
