I want everyone to remember this: If you explode or act crazy after a breakup, it subtly signifies that you have no other or better options than that person. Even if you feel that may be true, you don’t want to give off that vibes. Stay calm, stay cool and cry at home in your pillow. It’s better that way.

Have pride and respect for yourself .. you will become the magnet.. as soon as you walk away and not care you will see you start pulling energy towards you.... you have to put that mind set that you are the one in control. And you get to chose who can be in your circle... no one likes to be ignored or cast out. But trust you doing this will help you get over it. 3 years ago, I stumbled upon your channel, and your videos detailing the effectiveness of getting an ex back through no contact. One of the first few rules you offered was to NOT be friends with your ex, since that’s not what I wanted in the end. No contact for me lasted for 2 years, and during that time I had time to change, grow, and focus on myself and my personality. I truly thought my ex had moved on, and I was already passed that. Come today, October 15 me and my ex have finally gotten back together after she messaged me. She’s told me that one of her biggest regrets was leaving me. I no longer feel that I’m chasing her, or that I’m in a constant loop of anxiety and self doubt. I have you to thank for that Coach Lee, your stuff really works

Whoever is going through the breakup right now, especially the dumpees, don't be too upset, focus on your own growths, let them realized they made a huge mistake by seeing how amazing you are. Focus on No Contact for yourself. Honestly if they wanted to be with you they wouldn’t have left you. They gave up on you and that’s okay. You may have fallen down on the ground for now but what I need you to do is pick yourself up and brush yourself off. And I need you to put one foot in front of the other and you need to start your journey to healing and enlightenment. From my experience they always come back, some come back when you’re at the peak of happiness in your life. Others come back when you have moved on and literally forgotten about them (you obviously didn’t but you didn’t chase them anymore…obviously) It’s truly heartbreaking but you gotta look at it like this; they left because they weren’t happy and they didn’t see a future with you. You obviously have to do some soul searching yourself and you need to go and improve on yourself as a person ,it’s harsh but it’s the truth but trust me I’m about to get to the good part. Now the good part. When you look back at the relationship a year or two down the road you’re going to see some positives and some negatives. We all do it from time to time and let me tell you one thing, you’re going to see a lot of negatives than positives and then at that point it’s your choice if you want this person back. A year or two down the road you’re a much better and more focused version of your previous self and by this time you’re looking for your next BF or GF or they’re looking for you….to whomever Is reading this? You’re worthy of love and you’re definitely worth it. Stay in No Contact, stay far far away and just focus on yourself. Get back in touch with yourself and love yourself. Pick up your old hobbies and learn new ones. Get to the gym, learn a skill, meet new people. This is easier said than done but trust me once you have that dose of Peace, Content and Passion; you’re probably not going want to be in a relationship honestly. Sometimes being by yourself for a little while is best for you. Get your strength and power and resolve back, once you take your ex off that metaphorical pedestal that’s when the power and choices are back in your court. I’ve never taken back any of my ex’s and I was never bitter towards any of them once they came back into my life but I made the choice to move forward granted if I wanted to I could be with them because the choice is mine and yes I am really good friends with most of my ex’s. Now you have a choice, live in self pity and be stuck as the same person and be miserable? or Become the most bad ass version of yourself….That choice is yours. Every journey starts with the first step, now pick yourself up and always remember “Chin up and eyes forward”.

Thanks for this! 🙌 100% true even though it hurts. We have to keep in mind that the break-up not only it hurts you, but also knowing what the dumper had to go through all this time, the stress, anxiety, the over-thinking and the doubting. Had break-ups before, and always came out on top. After my first break-up it took my 6-7 months to be “normal” again, about another half year to get over her. Nowadays I’m still thinking about her from time to time, but 0% sadness, just someone from the past, as if it’s a friend from elementary school. I could say break-ups are blessings in disguise, they’re a wake-up call, you grow from them, get to know yourself better and take all that knowledge to a new part of your life where you can share your passions, hapiness and love with the rest of the world, be it strangers, family , friends or new lovers.

@@iAmirx And that’s the beauty about Life. You have your ups and downs but you always have a choice. Happiness is internal, it should never be external whatsoever. Our time here on Earth is very limited and our lives are fleeting as we speak however the way you go about your life and with those choices that you make….it’s ultimately up to you. “Life is what you make it” Just keep your head up and remember you’re human but so were your Ex partners. Here is my experience with No Contact - it works! Now, it depends what you want. I had ex #1 contact me a year after a breakup (meantime I was watching these videos because ex #2) and at that point I was not interested in getting back together. Ex #2 contacted me for my birthday, 8 months after the break up. We did get back together just to break up again 3 months later (no breakup, he stopped responding just like the first time around). I'm pretty sure he expects me to fix everything for him like I did the first time, and as Coach Lee says "it is not your job to fix what he/she broke". My advice is if you want to get back with an ex, make sure to resolve the issues that caused the initial break up. Good luck everyone!

I don't comment, like or reply to anything that she posts.

Everything about NC makes sense, and you point out so well how we feel , how they feel, how it evolves over time. The fear that it will fade, is that after 2-3 months if they date again, of course the feelings can fade unless their dating doesn't pan out. Yet who wants to be plan B? And we all know stories of people actually dating the day after dumping their previous spouse. For people not doing that, everything in NC makes sense. If we find out they date, let it go. But with NC, I know nothing of what they do, like they know zero of what I do. Not everyone remains "friends" on social media.

I don't know about others but my ex's feelings did fade. I ran into him exactly 3 month mark of breakup and a month of NC. I broke my first NC after 23 days and 2nd after 21 days when he returned my things. He told me he has moved on and is happily single. That he isn't meant to stay single because he is a sucker for love etc... He also told me that he was extremely happy after a long time when we were in a relationship. 2 days later I asked him if he wants to give another chance to our relationship, he told me that he has moved on and requested me to do the same. He seemed happy when we met. I am hurting a lot but I have given up any hope I had. I am focusing on moving on. It is so painful.

I just want to say that I wanted to break no contact today so badly and I was just going through it emotionally, feeling more depressed than I can recall in a long time. And It’s not like I’ve made it any long period of time without talking to her. Hell, not even a day. The instinct to communicate with her is so powerful. We are married and have children together and she’s not had them overnight for 9 weeks. Anyway, I’m now committed to no contact. The pain of being ignored is practically incalculable. But, you can’t be ignored if you don’t try to communicate. It’s time to have the power of silence swing back in my direction. And just having your videos on and your voice in my head helps immeasurably to curb that instinct to try to communicate. Thank you.

You need to get a lawyer. She and her lawyer can use the fact that the kids are staying overnight with her to set up precedence and claim you didn’t make an effort to have them overnight with you. They can use it to get full custody and get more money out of you. Defend yourself. Letting her walk all over you isn’t attractive and it’s just wrong.

As a dumpee I have broken NC 2 times, first time after 30days and nothing has changed in those 30 days, she was still so mean/angry to me. Second time broke it after 60days and that was a huge mistake. She told me she was thinking about texting me, but she wasn't ready yet and I got cruelest response you could possibly get ,,I dont love you anymore, don't wait for me there will be no second chance" and suddenly I realised I didnt gave her true break up ( fear of loss) I was chasing, she knew I will text her sooner or later. Since then(almost 2months ago) I went to indefinite NC with acceptance that it is over and I feel alive again. I think clearly again without all those false hopes. The most painfull thing was that she didnt gave me a chance to say goodbye to her face to face. Don't break NC like I did, no matter what, dont ruin your chances. I know it's so painfull, but indefinite NC will is the best thing for you and your chances to get ex back. If they will want you back they will find the way. Have some dignity, love yourself and stay strong.

it’s been 3 months, pretty convinced he won’t come back. i spend way too much time in the back of my head going over everything and trying to analyze where it went wrong which is pretty pointless. it doesn’t change what is happening right now. some days are better than others, i feel strong happy proud and excited for the person i’m becoming. other days, like right now still feel sharp stabbing pain in my heart and stomach. what happened was my worst fear, he just vanished without explanation. i knew i did everything i possibly could have and that the chasing and desperation made me look stupid. i did it out of love i guess i was blinded and couldn’t stop. but i never chased. or reached out. there’s still things of mine at his house, unless they’re thrown away by now. i’m not sure. i left the ball in his court and then he’s just gone. so it’s been a very hard 3 months. i’ve changed a lot and they’re good changes but man it hurts like hell sometimes. there’s still little things that remind me of him constantly throughout the day. and i get sad thinking about all the things we talked about doing together. it sucks. i thought i was worth at least some explanation. it’s cowardly the way he did what he did. i don’t have social media, we didn’t live too close to eachother. i don’t know how or where we’d even run into eachother. that’s why i’m pretty convinced he’s just gone from my life. i’ve now made my stomach all welled up in knots again because i just don’t understand. and not sure why i even want him back or to hear from him. i know i deserve better that doesn’t change the fact it feels real crappy when i think about how i did everything and he just discarded me like i was nothing.

Read The Power of Now by Echart Tolle. You're giving way to much energy to psychological time that no longer exists. You are not able to live in your memories but your mind is being unhelpful to you by delivering unnecessary pain via thoughts. When you realise you are not your mind and your mind should work for you, as a tool that you decide to use when and how you decide to use it, the pain can and will go away. The problem is likely, like myself a short while ago, you unknowingly associate your identity via that pain, and you believe your mind is you, convincing you that it represents who you are. Your brain is no more who you are than your lungs, ears, liver... Stop identifying with the past or future via bad wiring in the head. Good luck. You'll be fine. P.S. I'm only a few weeks into a breakup where I was down and beating myself up. 3rd listen of Power of Now and I'm absolutely astounded by how much pain my brain likes to have me identify with. You got this!

But this is only working when your ex really loved you and have made a mistake which he/she is able to see and work through it with selfreflection. I also was once a „dumper“ and my ex was silent towards me after the break up, i found it even helpful for my process of just walking away from him. There was actually nothing he could do more better to win me back, wether the physical nor the personal growth changes impressed me. I just did not fell in love with him enough to build something together. This happens all the time. Especially when you meet online, you need time to get to know someone.

Have hope for her but in the end I will be okay if I'm not with her but I'm not going to just give up on love like that because I know what love is and I want to keep it even though it beats me sometimes physically but people have been through things that they don't understand for a reason and I understand for a reason so I'm trying to support her with this process of doing it the right way so she knows what she gots before it goes away.thank you for all your help I watch your videos every day since the last past 5 days so it's been a big help and I just subscribed because it's just something I should do at this point.
