@@valentina-su8lm from the outside looking in as another male, I could conclude that he was possibly afraid of a long term commitment right now and wants to experience being with other woman. I know this is not what you want to hear but it is something us men go through. It's not saying he never loved you or didn't care about you because he is with someone else now. It's more of a reflection of himself not being ready to commit to you because of the fear of not experiencing "what else is out there" 6 years is a long time and if you two are still young this is especially more likely. I think the fact that he is with a woman that is not normally his type is showing that he is wanting to experience different things (right now, doesn't mean permanent). Let him get this out of his system and he will come to see that these other woman will only make him miss you more, especially if you stay away and give him the space to do this. Having a 6 year relationship will be on your side, he won't forget about you anytime soon, believe me. Please stay disciplined and don't reach out to him, it will only push him away more! He needs to work on himself right now, without you. Just like you need to work on you without him. He will reach out eventually and you need to be ready and come from a place of security and not fear so he can see the mistake he made breaking up with you. I really hope this helps you! Just keep doing what you are doing and keep being an attentive mother. Show them how strong you can be when a breakup happens so they can see how to handle it when it happens to them. By focusing on you and your family, you will become more desirable to him again, and showing how unaffected you are by the breakup may make him feel like he made a mistake. He is expecting you to be jealous of his new relationship. Don't give him that satisfaction!

A week ago and out of desperation, I went online to search for vids that would teach me how to get my ex back. This is when I came across Dr. Lee’s insightful vids. Currently at 105 days NC myself... Literally almost crashed into my ex yesterday though. Went to meet a friend for lunch yesterday and as I was driving back towards the city I turned into a side street and another car was coming out too wide so I had to slam the breaks on. Made hard eye contact with the driver and it was my ex girlfriend. Don't think it counts as breaking no contact though.

We both agreed to a breakup three months ago. Then I felt relief. She was upset and showed alot of signs she wanted to get back together in the first three weeks, but never said clearly. I was unsure. We kept hanging and seeing each other and just remained friends, the. She started to date guys and I started to feel very upset, then she said she moved on. At the 9 week mark I was heartbroken and it felt real. She told me it’s over, and we should remain friends. I told her no contact because I couldn’t keep talking to her because it hurt to much. After three weeks she reaches out to me, wanting to give me back something of mine she was borrowing. She wanted to know more about my feelings. I told her I loved her but was trying to move on. She said she felt like maybe she should go out with me again but wasn’t sure. Then she suggested the length of time for no contact going forward. I am very confused. Then we parted ways and that night I text her one last thing about how I feel and she sent me a response saying how she acts all cool and like she doesn’t care but behind closed doors her mind is a mess. Then she is asking my friends what I’m up to lately. I have no idea what to do other than no contact that I’m doing again?

You’re the best coach Lee. My boyfriend and I broke up twice this past year. He came back the first time, I messed up again and we broke up. However this time around things were starting to get back OK again but I did opposite, completely opposite of this video and the main reason is due to my uncontrolled anxiety. Now he has decided that Heath wants nothing to do with me and I don’t know what else to do. I think I need to do what I should’ve done from the beginning, is going to no contact and work on myself, especially my anxiety. I unfortunately broke NC after almost two weeks. Definitely the anxiety got to me. The fact that my ex was nice and understanding made me feel so dumb and selfish for breaking it and not just leaving him alone. I’m on my 3rd day of starting NC again and this time I will be stronger. I love him and I don’t want him to think I don’t respect him or his decision. I’m still remaining hopeful and still have my moments but have to remain strong and take care of myself. Hopefully in the future I can come back and say we made things work and taking our time. Great info…… he broke up with me 2 1/2 years ago. He dated someone but it did not work out because he couldn’t stop contacting me. This video came when I needed it. Could you possibly make a video in the future about how to respond to an ex when they break no contact....and they’re angry? Most of your videos talk about polite/casual/flirty situations. My exes birthday was last week. I have been in NC for 1 month. I did not reach out on his birthday. The next day, he texted me and asked if we could talk on the phone. I said sure, I’ll be free in 2 hours (then for a walk to listen to your videos and mentally prepare 😂) But the phone call didn’t go great. Like you said in this video, he was upset I hadn’t been talking to him, telling me it’s okay if we stay in contact. He was pretty agitated...I think the anger was fear, ignited by the fact I didn’t call on his birthday. But it was extremely difficult to keep the conversation light hearted and polite and flirty and short. I tried. But, he was in a bad mood. I just old him “okay” when he said we should talk again in a few days but I haven’t reached out. This is not the first time he has reached out in the 2 months we have been broken up, agitated by the NC and telling me and I can talk to him. I know you say don’t ignore your ex, and I haven’t....but I also don’t initiate. Once your ex breaks NC and starts reaching out, do you ever initiate? I haven’t been. I hope that is the right thing to do,

Well, over a year later, he reached out. Not sure how I feel about that. I have stage 3 cancer. I just healed up from major surgery and have to deal with treatments. I think I am strong enough to face this without him. Still love him, but need my time now.
