The key to big returns is not big moving stocks. It's managing risk in relationship to reward. Having the correct size on and turning your edge as many times as necessary to reach your goal. That holds true from long term investing to day trading

11:22 Andrew was going to share 2 things he was doing uniquely to prep for the recession until he got interrupted with the question of "Stress Test". Such a missed opportunity and a let down. The stress test question was important but something audience could make sense of. What insanely successful people are doing uniquely however - not everyone know and relate to, and should be prioritized over pedestrian questions.

The electric car road trip story at the beginning was basically a cautionary tale and a microcosm of what can be expected on a much larger scale in california and other places where the goal is to eliminate gas powered vehicles. EVs are simply not ready for prime time. They may be fine for short trips within a city, but not much else except virtue-signaling. The other elephant in the room is the fact that the electric grid (especially in california) is not equipped to handle an entire state running on EVs.

Shaan: if you buy the house you live in, that makes you the tenant I wonder what they call people who actually live in rentals? The idea that a home doesn’t provide you with yield is a fallacy. It provides you with the same kind of yield owning equities would, you cash out when you sell.

I don't see the point of asking billionaires on how to survive the recession. They will be prepared for any sort of situations with resources they possess. It's the middle class and poor people who are gonna suffer. See how you can help them instead of showing off your network of high value individuals. This is not the time for it.
@garrettmgunderson2 жыл бұрын
You should take the overall lessons they share and apply at a smaller scale. Being jealous is pathetic. If you want to help the poor and middle class you need to learn about and work to abolish the federal reserve and central banks.
