As a dad of four twenty-somethings, let me suggest a frame-shift on having a business with your kids. Parenting my kids to this point in their lives, my wife and I saw early the unique talents of each of our kids and fed them as much as possible. One superpower that Shaan and Sam share is the ability to see trends. Combine those two concepts -- can you see your kids' talents, align to a trend, and spot to a future business? Maybe it's less about bringing them into the business than bringing the business to them.

I am sure you guys have heard this before, but no question the chemistry you have between you two is synergistic and that all your pods that have just one of you really should not be done. Even if you have to skip a week or two, you should only do pods together. I truly enjoy MFM. You get me to LOL hard which often is pretty funny since I listen to you on my walks and people often look at me and wonder why that shirtless guy carrying dumbbells walking up the hill is laughing so hard.
