Hi FOX 26 Houston, I am not sure what you are talking about, yes its unusual to get storms forming up in the Gulf and the Caribbean in the month of November, but it is certainly not a rule of thumb we wont get a tropical sytem this late in the season. We in 2005 got 7 different tropical system forming in the months of Novemeber and December during that same year, we even had to evacuate the MIami area for a couples of times that same year during jthose two final months of the year just to play safe, because the threat was there for us to get hit by a storm I remenber, My prayers are wiith those who very likely will get hit by a tropical system within the next few days, bst rgs
