Over here near Galveston I'm sitting in a drive thru not much happening at the moment, saw an empty grocery bag sorta blow across the parking lot but that's really about it so far.

Actually, a bunch of KZbin meteorologists I watch did say it would curve northward. Although, some where incorrect as to the strength. It's not exact. Weather changes by the hour.

ive been living in houston for 6 years, i think this is gonna be on par with the one in 2019. how they are making this sound is like a caterogry 6 hurricane with 100 MPH hurricanes. but still, houston is the most unpredictable city in america. One day its 109 degress, next day is a hurricane beryl warning. Love this city❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

True, I think I'm the only person I know that actually prepared. Filled up the cars, made sure the generator was working, trimmed trees, got cars out the street, charged all my batteries, lights and bought water/food days ago.

Been through all of them myself. Slept through all of them too. Woke up in water when getting out of my bed during Allison, also lost all my belongings and new car to Allison just after moving into a new apartment.

There's one thing that you didn't mention, and that is the position of his head. He was following the pitch all the way into the contact with the bat. That's what made him a great hitter. I feel that in the league today, he would dominate. Smaller parks and straighter pitching.
