It wouldn't even be a drop in the mind to create this bill unless we are facing a likely draft. I believe it's close to 1% of active duty in our country, & both sides of the aisle were very close in passing this. How often do both sides agree? The bill has a lot of other things in funding military equipment that we know we will need. I 100% believe that we are coming into a world war & will need as many men as we can get. I believe that there will eventually be a draft. There would be no other way to fight in these probable wars without it.
