Caroline thank you; I just published my first book Baxter the Bulldog pup last month and was searching for ways to increase sales when I came across your video. I am going to work on implementing some of your suggestions. I do have a quick question for you that i did not hear in this video. I plan to publish multiple books in this series, should I set up an LLC for publishing. Currently I go directly through Amazon KDP.

Hi Caroline, sorry to bring this issue here but I have lost hope in finding a contact information for KDP support team as I can't sign in. Because you need to sign in if you want to be able to contact them via chat. Is there a way as I have issues with my OTP ( a one time password verification code) which I am not receiving into my phone. 😢 My email and password are fine but for some reasons I am faced with that verification thing which turned to be a nightmare after I changed the number where I should get it. But it's being sent or I don't know why I am not getting it. They when I try multiple time they say that they have sent me a lot of OTPs and I should try later.
