Same, even as a literal child, putting myself in that mother's shoes and imagining watching someone I love so much going through someone like that would tear my open from the insides. I'm sure for her, she's seen her like this for a few years, so the behavior is something she can control to a degree and i'm most sure she's learned not to panic. Sometimes i know it can be scary for her or anyone else watching/around at the time and it is a dangerous condition but I'm hoping for her, you, and both families to strive peacefully. Best wishes 💕

@@nancyseeley2041 Some Epilepsy sufferers have seizures that just can not be controlled, even medication does not help. The other issue is having the money to get something like surgery on the brain or other treatments, not everyone has that sort of cash, so it can be hard.

My mother had epilepsy, which eventually took her life. At one point she was having 2-4 seizures a day. At the time there was an experimental surgery to do with implanting a magnetic device inside her that would “switch” her seizures off. It worked and extended her life for 5 more years than what they expected! I was so young that I don’t remember what the surgery was called; I just remember Mom having her head shaved for it and every time she had a seizure that it stopped her voice would get groggy. Best of wishes my dear! ❤️

One of my old friends has seizures, and it is such a scary sight to see. Me and one of our other friends went to his parents and asked them what do we do when he has them and we stayed with them until he had one so we could watch and learn how to help him and cope with one. I felt as tho he needed to have a life away from his parents and his parents where so grateful for this and I ended up teaching other people how to help with his seizures. Unfortunately he ended up having a really bad one and is now brain damaged. I still go see him every week, until the coronavirus broke out. Such a strong mother for helping her through all this. It is such a scary sight to see someone you love dearly go through all this. Prayers are with you ❤❤

Angela, the girl in the video has responded to this, I was curious as well a what is/ isn't helpful. She said that WHEN she can hear it, it's helpful, and also the touching aspect which i wondered about, she said it was helpful, if I remember correctly. Seems like a case by case basis. Sam Debold Hey Sam! Since I was a toddler at 3 years old, I started having seizures and then until March 29, 2018 I had a seizure when I fell out of my chair in class, then more and more seizures happened after that and then I no longer have seizures anymore!

It seems to take much longer for Ange’s capacity to do more complex tasks of communication to return like articulating how she feels compared to a yes or no type answer . I also have noticed that her pupils will dilate when she’s in well lit areas . Marilyn do you ever make a detailed record of how long it takes Ange to progressively come out of these seizures to compare it with other seizures ? 🤔❤️

A girl at my school has epilepsy and one time she had a seizure in class and everyone had to leave and the nurse came down the hall yelling and screaming to get out! And also when i was a baby/toddler i had them to i still do to this day sometimes but not as often. I’m so greatful i didn’t get epilepsy. But i’m very happy to see you have such a caring family just like I do!❤️💞😘

I’m reading a lot of these comments saying their family has seizures and I pray for all of you I’m sure it is a very hard thing to deal with but a lot of you are saying how they have all passed from them and it seems like it would be hard to read those messages if I was her mom seeing how many people have died from this reading them over and over.

sulijoo yeah there are actually dogs trained in warning their owners when they are going to have a seizure I keep forgetting their names, therapy dogs right? But if you search it up you’ll see some videos of dogs that do this for a job almost.

Having seizures is defenently tough! I myself am an Epileptic patient. I still don't know whether i have Primary Generalized Epilepsy or Grand Mal Epilepsy. I cant afford to go back to my neurologist. I pray you are seizure free soon!! Battling a seizure is no joke at all the tiredness you get, the weakness, the hunger, i get severe migraines after one. I have 3 kids and wanted atleast 1 more but my Epilepsy forced me to not have anymore.. hang in there tough girl!!! Prayers and i honestly hope to god your doing well

Hope they find away to stop your seizures. Long story short on my seizure story. Had a brain AVM rupture when I was 10. Ended up having 4 surgeries done. Was a long time in the hospital having seizures like yours 2 or 3 a day. After my last surgery went a month without having one so they tried to take me of my medication but that didn’t work. Had a big seizure so they put me back on meds. Have gone over 10 years without having a seizure now. Hope they find a way for you.
