Mohsin Khan you are not good at giving measurements of masala for 1/2 tsp of garam masala you said 1 tbs it makes a lot difference it spoils the dish so be careful otherwise you are very good and getting very nice dishes 😉

Hi mohsin , I like your anchoring , amd I am chef by profession with diploma in Hotel mgt The reason i am telling you this bocz these chefs comes from humble background , they have taste in their Hand , Hence please dint embarrass them by asking qty , I can understand your point of view but one thing you can do rehearsal with them before final shoot So they are prepared Bcoz most of the time they dont know actual gram of cumin , oil etc and they feel very shy as I know working with then as their Boss , tour intentions are not wrong but cud be Harsh on them some times , keep up the good work and do reply if think its right , Love from UK
