What if you buy a condo and hear a dog barking that disturbs you? This is my only fear being I’ve unfortunately been plagued by barking dogs and is the reason I’m moving now. Thank Ryan

@@coryhollywood6021 Thank you for your support!! So most condo buildings have rules about barking dogs and making sure that people do not leave them outside on balconies bothering the neighbors. That is not to say that you will never hear them, but I rarely hear complaints about them in condo buildings. Any other questions you have plse feel free to ask!

No not really, Manta has really improved their infrastructure over the years. We do have a few power outages when the rainy season starts sometimes, but they are short and all of the main condo buildings have full generators anyway.

Ryan, what kind of options are there to rent furnished condos in Rica di Mare or similar locations? Are these complexes entirely resort style separated from local amenities, stores, especially for older folks without cars?

We have a full property management division that can help you with leasing out your condo home or condo if you wish, or help you find a rental when you come here for vacation. Most of the condo buildings are all within walking distance or short taxi ride to shops and restaurants:)

ryan... your site is fantastic! i and a friend are looking at coming down to manta to either rent or own property. we are in our mid 50's. we both are gay. what is the gay scene ( if any) in manta? is there a gay nightlife with clubs and bars that are either gay or gay friendly? if there is a gay scene in manta a video would be terrific showing the lgbtq community what amazing living manta ecuador has in store! (hint hint)

Thank you so much John and glad you like it! We actually have multiple clients who are gay and they are welcomed in the area and the expat community is also very welcoming! There aren't any full gay clubs that we are aware of but there is plenty to do and enjoy with nightlife and restaurants and making new friends! What makes the dedicated elevator secure from others using it?

The elevator operates by electronic key card that only allows someone to go to their level, no other levels. You also have a key card to get into the building and there are cameras stationed as well. If you would like additional security you may add an extra glass door system entering into your condo. Any other questions feel free to ask!
