We are fulltimers, we have been in ours for a year. We are still in love with ours. The kitchen is highly workable. The rv is is also very well insulated. We went through the big freeze in West Texas last year nice and toasty. It stayed cool during the west Texas heat.

@@Ms.2prettyyy we have the Jensen that came with our RV, we added a fire stick when we have good internet. We have changed out TVs and other RVs that we've had tried to go with the same size because the weight and the way they may be mounted.

Love this floorplan. I consider leaving out the center island a plus. The kitchen would be usable to with the slide in, which would only block the upper and lower cabinet in the front of the RV. No biggie to use those cabinets for storing things you don't need all the time. The only thing is, not sure you can get into the kitchen with the slide in. But, the remedy is very simple. Leave out the cabinet facing the steps underneath the bar. Shorten the bar enough to be able to get into the kitchen when the slide is closed. It could even have a drop down piece that you could use to extend it when the slide is open.

I own a Keystone Alpine and I love the floor plan. My unit came with the Suburban IW60RL tankless water heater and it hasn't worked consistently since we bought the unit two years ago. We had to replace the original and the replacement crapped out as well. Two summers of fun ruined because they can't put out a quality product. Run far, far away from any unit with this water heater...advice from a person living with the horror and added expense.

Could we install a bigger stove in this model? That’s the only “downsize” of this rig. Other than that, it’s perfect!

I don’t believe it has the adequate space to install a larger stove. But that would be more a question for people that work in remodeling RVs like The Flipping Nomad. They are much more informed on what can be renovated and what can’t be than I am.

There’s not a front kitchen model with two bedrooms that I know of. They’d need to get rid of the living room and that would be something most people don’t want. The closest thing is an Avalanche 390DS or 378BH

Each of the four wardrobes are 12" deep. It holds a lot but not always easy because they are front to back, not side to side. I put off season, infrequently worn clothes in the back. Hope that helps😁

Nice rig but I prefer the mid kitchen version with the front living with 2 slides in front. The living area is massive. I would hope for 100K$ they would tidy up that wiring in front it looks like spaghetti.

No you cannot. I’m surprised how many people find a dishwasher in an RV to be so essential. I even hand wash my dishes at home 😂

If you're handy you may be able to install one under the sink. I was thinking of buying a countertop or roll around dishwasher. For now it's nice to have two sinks, one for soapy water and one for rinse water ☺️

That’s the sacrifice of space they need for that giant shower. If you prefer more floor space and counter space over a larger shower, than this just may not be the floor plan for you. Other people that have always been wanting a larger shower don’t consider it a waste of space.

I keep my towels neatly folded in the space to the right of the sinks. Both sinks have plenty of elbow room. The ginormous shower is a bit wasted, I'd rather have a larger closet BUT it's really nice to shower in🙂👍

Negative much? Lol. There’s actually plenty of room for two adults to stand side by side at the bathroom sinks and brush their teeth. I’m unsure as to why you think the counter top is useless…🙄 other than you’re just looking for any semi feasible area of concern that you can take issue with and then proceed to complain and bitch about it on the internet. There’s plenty of counter space…unless you’re a slob and keep the entirety of your belongings spread out on the counter? In which case I’d suggest you learn to put your things away after using them. The counter top “cubby” is a perfect spot to slide in a basket or two and use them to hold bulky items that tend to take up a lot of space in other storage areas. I find it makes an excellent “home” for a large decorative wood and metal crate that keeps things like my hair styling tools- blow dryer, curling iron, straightener, and taller cans of hair styling products. It also houses my husbands electric razor and the clippers/trimmers for hair cuts. So to summarize- you- someone who has only watched a video about this rv, claim the bathroom is wasted space with a barely usable sink and a useless counter. Whereas my husband and I, people who live full time in this RV, find this bathroom to suit our needs without fail. We don’t in fact have to “squeeze in” at the sinks, we find the counter top to be 100% both usable AND functional, and we love the large shower.

I’m glad you understand that stuff, but I’m here on the lot every day and answer frequently asked questions in these videos that I get from my customers. My videos and what I speak about are heavily influenced by years of showing RVs and what people ask questions about. So I’m glad that “common sense” to you, but I will continue to show those things for the people that have never even seen an RV before and don’t know such things.
