Hi, the cookies look fabulous, I would like to try your recipe ☺️ is the mixture of honey butter and soda cool down before add to the eggs?

While I beat the eggs, the mixture of honey and soda cools a little. I pour it slowly into the eggs so they don't get temperature shock. If you're more careful than me, give it more time to cool. I never wait and my dough is therefore still warm when I take it out of the mixer bowl.
