That's too bold of a statement. Also it is subjective. I find north Indian wedding too loud and garish. Some South Indian weddings are peaceful and nice especially from Kerela. Northeast Indian weddings are better. North Indian vedic style, understated ones are nice though but saying that these are not the best in the world.
