Hi, use cake flour is 90g. The corn starch + AP flour is equal to cake flour.

Can, but please use chiffon cake mold and method to bake this cake. 150°C 50-60min, this just for reference, please adjust according to your oven.

Hi, if you want to use milk, then you have to reduce the pandan juice or use pandan extract to mix with milk. Otherwise, the liquid ingredients are too much. You also can omit the milk if you want to do this for pandan layer cake, because there is coconut milk inside the jelly already. Wish you all the best and good luck👍👍

用烤的话是摄氏150度上下火60分钟。这只是参考而已,你得依你的烤箱再稍微做调整哦。
