Assalamu alaykum Erenler, those who have given their heart to Erenler, and those who know that they cannot know Allah properly. And even those who know that those who are deceived with Allah are not deceived at all. What does that mean?
The companion ‘Umar radi allahu anh would free his slaves. When he saw that one of his slaves began to perform prayer, he would grant freedom to this slave for the sake of starting to perform prayer. One slave, two slaves, three, four... When the other slaves saw this, those who wanted freedom began to pray. Actually, their intention is not to pray. They want to be set free. So they start praying. Didn’t ‘Umar radi allahu anh know this? Of course, he was aware, yet he still granted them freedom. One day someone said, “O ‘Umar, your slaves are pretending to pray just because they want to be freed. They are deceiving you.” Our master ‘Umar gives a very beautiful answer. “So be it. He who is deceived with Allah is not deceived.”
