The most depressing thing about this episode at this point is that even when we get cool action with those lightsaber fights the people who still hate on the show just to hate it can’t even come to say that they enjoyed that part of it. It included cool choreography, a pull from legends lore with the armor on Qimir and then deaths which were brutal. Again, it wasn’t a perfect episode. I had some issues with it, but I enjoyed the so much as if I was kid.

Love the fight scene but don't like how 5 Jedi got absolutely curb stomped by one sith and then they thought the fucking giant flying bugs would kill him. Loved the episode but that is my only complaint. Cheers boys 🍻

Some of the acting is tough. Especially the Mae/Osha stuff. But loved how they didn’t pull punches and we saw some big swings from the show.

This was a great episode even with the parent trap moment. I think Sol should have been able to recognize a change in a friend easier than Vader recognizing someone as a daughter he never knew existed. I understand the plot needed it to go that way so it didn't ruined it for me. On a side note, if I am ever in a situation where I am diguising myself with an unconscious person's clothes, not sure i would take the time to redress them in mine. Loved the fighting in this one. Of course everyone else needed to die. In the end I think Sol hides the encounter with the Sith, so there could be no other witnesses. Yord would have cracked and spilled the beans. Next espisode Sol shows Mae his actions while bad werent as bad as Qimir made them out to be and Qimir turns Osha against Sol. As always, listening to the Basement Boys is fun and entertaining.

16:14 The luke and vader fights are iconic because of the story that has us invested emotionally with them. Phantom Menace light saber fight was carried by Maul and John Williams. The spinny EDM rave dance light saber fights suck ass

I don’t think the show has been nearly anywhere as bad as people have been saying but it has been up and down in terms of how much I enjoyed it. But this episode really sold me on it and imo made the show worth a watch. Brilliant to lean into the obvious twist with qimir and also show how much of a threat he is power wise by killing characters we actually know.

Action was great but 5 episodes in and i just still felt no emotional investment into the characters. Jecki died and we hardly got to know her then I don’t even know who those other Jedi’s were. Also, in all the years following this the empire just said f it we don’t need to use this metal for armor that shorts out sabers and blocks blaster shots?

I’m enjoying the show, not wildly but enough to keep watching for sure, & have mostly disagreed with the petty complaints…. but (lol) i did think it was weird they couldn’t tell the twins swapped only cuz in an earlier epi smilo ren knew very quick osha was pretending to be Mae…. If they reveal they both actually know I’ll walk myself out

Without listening yet, I have to imagine the title is a troll , this show just went, what’s canon ? And we don’t care , Qimir takes on and destroys a squad of Jedi but can’t take out one padawan? And neither Sol not Qimir can sense that Mae took OSHAs clothes at the end ?? The fighting was cool everything else hot garbage

Why was qimir running around for 20 minutes fighting people beating them, then deciding not to kill them and then he just ended up killing all of them at the end anyways. Also no character gave a fuck about jecki or yord dying lmao, they moved on in literally like 20 seconds
