Hello Anita, thanks for sharing! I just learnt about these balls and the yoga strap with loops for stretching. Do I actually need to use a strap if I am consistent with using the balls? Are they achieving the same thing? Your guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Dear Kelli - Hello 👋 They are different. The strap helps with accessing the positions. The balls release tensions through hydrating fascia and will over time help your flexibility. Both support you goal which is more flexibility, right?. It’s good to have different tools. Does this help and answer your question? 🙏

I am so grateful for this nourishing practice. Thank you Anita for doing the work, and sharing it with those who choose to heal themselves. 🙏 Question: why do I drool so much during the jawline massage?!
@AnitaGoaWellBeing3 жыл бұрын
Thank you. My pleasure, Dennis. Glad it can be of help. I learned if you start drooling the massater muscle (the chewing muscle) is relaxed and it induces relaxation and deregulating for your nervous system. It’s a good thing. Relax to the max, Dennis 🙏💗

Hello Anita! Lovely and precious self care practice 🙏 Thank you. I usually do a simplified version of this with a tennis ball but I’m looking forward to try this one. May I ask if you find a big difference between a tennis ball and the balls you use? Is it worth it to get them? On another line, what is the biggest difference between massaging with ball or the foam roller? As always thank you for inspiring us! ✨
@AnitaGoaWellBeing4 жыл бұрын
Hello Joana - Lovely to see you. Thanks for asking. To answer your questions: The balls I use are specifically designed for self massage. They are softer and have a great grip. A tennis balls works if you don’t have the other ball. The tennis ball is much harder so be mindful of that. The difference between the balls and the foam roller is that the balls can target an area say the rhomboids or the rotator cuffs in a way a foam roller can’t. It’s different. Not that one is better than the other, just different in their use. I definitely think it’s worth getting g the balls. They last forever and easy to travel with as well. I hope this answers your questions. Much love 🙏💝

@@AnitaGoaWellBeing I got these balls and have been using them a lot! They are really worth it. Your systematic approach was really deep and released soo much tension. Amazing! Quads and jaw were the more painful but the sensation afterward compensates. I really advise this practice for anyone, and specially for people that work with their body like yoga teachers, massage therapists... that want to release tension in specific areas! Thank you! Yes, to more videos like this!
