I’ve been feeling pretty tense in my upper body lately this past week so doing this foam rolling routine this morning really helped me release that tension not gonna lie but it felt like I was getting a massage so I felt a little yoga drunk for a few minutes afterwards lol 😂🤣 merry Christmas to you Anita and sending you lots of love and warm hugs from across the wide ocean 🤗❄️☔️❤️🙏💆♀️

Anita Goa I think I missed that one - I’ve been busy with work and then holiday in Toscana (with a cyber-detox 😄) Where are you going this summer? Norway?😉 Now I think I will go on to the yoga mat and do one of the two new classes of yours I haven’t done. Hmmm - what do I need the most right now......... a release in my lower back or a morning flow.......🤔😉 Maybe I’ll do both😜🙏

Very good! It’s nice to get a cyber detox. Yes so many choices haha We went to Norway in June because we’re going 3 weeks to NY in August, so changing it up this year :-) Hope you found the right practice for the needs of the moment 🙏💕👌
