My main concerns for my 5 year old is that she has a tongue tie and a small mouth. My husband and I both had extraction orthodontics and I want to avoid that for her. Can therapy work for her or should I consult an orthodontist?

I just turned 18, and the right side of my face is lower than the left side. Will myofunctional therapy be enough or do I need appliances to lift it?
