brother haemoglobin was the first protein whose structure was identified by x ray crystallography. the chemist won noble prize for it.

The first question is "I don't understand why mRNA is not degraded by RNase in the cytoplasm while it is no longer encapsulated by lipo-nanoparticle. I can't find the paper explains that mechanism, or maybe I am not good enough". The second question is "I don't know the mechanism of why lipid-nanoparticles don't surround the mRNA and release the mRNA into the cytoplasm. I only found the website of Precision which just said the reason lipid -nanoparticles don't surround mRNA because of the pH disparity between the cytoplasm and inner lipid-nanoparticles and it doesn't provide any papers?"
