Actually relieved! It was a small fluctuation but I got a little bit scared because I am recovering from corona so I just started again to workout after a month and I am losing weight regularly and was scared that I did something wrong with my diet plan.

I'm glad knowing. I didn't gain weight, one day I was 332.6, I jumped to 334 the next morning then to 336 the next morning after that. And I'm always on my toes because I'm a WALMART OPD Associate

Most likely you did not gain fat. Just make sure you are eating right

When I woke up this morning it was back up 2 pounds. VERY CONFUSING AND FRUSTRATING!!! Honestly, I was just about to give up until I saw your video. In UK lockdown I got addiced to junk food and stopped exercise and a massively increased waist line, very scary and embarrassing . I was getting very out of breath doing house work feeling self conscious. My Doctor called me for my yearly review he got the scales out I had gained a fonnominal 140lbs of pure fat in a year

Very interesting. I feel like I plateaued at 193, but lost a pound when I cut out salt. However, I was reading that the muscle functions better when it is hydrated, and so my training has been really good when I add salt. Is this just a calories in calories out issue, or do I simply need to cut the salt out at some point? Thanks for being a great resource!

Never cut salt fully out. Your body needs it to function. Salt will also give you a pump in the gym. In my opinion you only need to worry about Sodium in a few medical situations to which your Doctor should advise

I am on a cut atm, and this morning I weighed 143.6 right after i woke up, decided to go for a 30 minute fasted walk and after that i weighed 142.8, was that just water retention?

Absolutely. There are 3500 calories roughly in a pound of fat. So unless you burned 3000 calories in a 30 min run (impossible). It is just water

Hi, I'm going on a calorie deficit diet and doing intermittent fasting along But my weight has been stuck at 70.5kg and it goes to 60.7kg again 70 ish. Why I'm not losing a single kilogram? Even though I eat less calories more protein and all?

Wow! Moving 10 kg back and forth? That has to be water. Sounds like you may be having some digestive or water regulation issues. How is your digestion and bowel movements?

Hey doc! I have a bit of a situation here… When I wake up in the morning and weigh myself I’m 56.5kgs, but then, after I eat my breakfast (which is a healthy meal and a small portion too) and drink about 2 litres of water (and urinate it all out too) and weigh myself somewhere in the afternoon im suddenly 1 kg up, to 57.6kgs! Like- why does that happen? Please do reply…. And tysm for ur vids

You store 3x as much water in your muscles as you do glycogen so you will retain weight when you eat. Did you see the short video I did on this?

Hello, I have a question. My current weight is 47kg and body fat percentage is around 17%. (My height is 156cm) I have been doing intermittent fasting (16/8) for over a month but not losing weight at all. I do weight training 4 - 5 days and eating healthy. So why I am not losing weight? To lose weight you have to be at a caloric deficit. Are you sure you are there? Intermittent fasting is great but you still need to be at a deficit. Let me know if I can help you more. Check out my site for this www.fitforlifetransformations.com
