I like Otter and Rose both. Nothing against either. They should fine tune that ruling dont you think??? If its a photo finish, then it should be a penalty free finish shouldn't it ??? Congrats to Mark Rose though. It was a really nice fish too.

The rule says that no activity is allowed until the penalty has been served. Marks fish should be weighed but not counted on the score tracker until the penalty has been served. MLF just broke their own rules!

It does feel like the fish shouldn't count until after the penalty. Otherwise, last fish penalties are completely irrelevant.
