Best of Belize Part 2 - 4 days in Ambergris Caye: San Pedro, Caye Caulker, and Secret Beach

Welcome to our tropical escapade in Ambergris Caye, Belize! 🏝️ Join us as we explore the sun-kissed shores, vibrant marine life, and mouthwatering local delicacies. 🌊🦐🌮
🌟 Highlights:
San Pedro: Our journey begins in this charming coastal town. We strolled along sandy streets, sipped coconut water, and we devoured ceviche like it was our life’s mission.. 🎶🌴
Caye Caulker: A "Go Slow" slice of paradise! The perfect spot to kick back and enjoy the laid back vibe or head out for a snorkeling adventure.
Snorkeling Extravaganza: We suited up and dived into the Belize Barrier Reef. Colorful fish darted around us, and the coral formations were straight out of a fairy tale. 🐠🌊
We also got to swim alongside some Nurse Sharks & Manta Rays. Their grace and elegance left us awe-struck. Our guide pointed us to one of our favorite local food finds.
Meldy’s Magic: Our taste buds did a happy dance at Meldy’s. Never knew that something as simple as stewed chicken and beans & rice could taste so good. This was truly cooked to perfection, melted in our mouths. The secret sauce? Love, probably. 😋❤️
Secret Beach: Shhh… don’t tell anyone! We hopped on a golf cart (buckle up!) and bounced our way to this hidden gem. The turquoise waters, powdery sand, and swaying hammocks made it feel like a dream. 🏖️😴
On your way to Secret Beach don't forget to stop off at the Truck Stop. Our last night was a fiesta at the Truck Stop. Imagine food trucks, twinkling lights, and live music. We reggae-danced with our tacos. 🌮💃
🚗 Golf Cart Adventure: Hold on tight! The only way to get around the island is golf carts. The ride to Secret Beach was like an off-road rollercoaster. Pot holes? More like pot craters! But hey, it’s all part of the thrill. 🛺🎢

Yeah we actually considered doing that on our way back so that we could get a view from the sky, but ultimately opted for the boat ride again
