MyQ Smart Garage Control - Unboxed Installed & reviewed + Ring & Amazon connectivity

Today we will be unboxing, Installing step by step and reviewing the Chamberlain MyQ Smart garage control, also, linking it to Amazon and the Ring alarm system. Amazon has a 30$ rebate for using it, which is the cost of the product on Amazon so it seems like a no risk purchase. There were some issues with the learning and re-defaulting of the device as demonstrated in the video, however mostly a smooth affair.

What does the light on the MyQ controller do. Will it substitute for a garage door opener light and light up the side of the garage?

Hi Retro. (sorry. I don't know your name ). Not related to this video. But can you tell me if I have to get a new front header gasket for my 2007 yamaha V-Star 1100? I replaced my oil filter & new oil in my bike the old school way because I don't have a ORK. I haven't tried to ride it. But now it's smoking from the header mating area. When I give it throttle ( rev it ) I hear it pulsating/missing out. Just not running right. Although the gasket just looks like a big flat washer/spacer to me. Do these gaskets compress? Or do you think I just don't have it lined up right or seated right.? I'm sure that header never been removed since it was new because it just turned 8,000 miles. If it's blowing smoke, I'm sure it's sucking air when I give it throttle. Thank you for your help. Donnie.
