Great video, very helpful. I also watched your Smart Hub video - I recently ordered this and the Smart Hub, but I think I may return the Smart Hub as this seems sufficient. I'd rather push the button in my car to open the garage than have to reach for my phone, pull up the app, and hit the button there.

Even with a great internet connection, it takes minutes to get the live streaming, sometimes I even need to restart the app.

Great video. Do you know if there is any option to turn off video and only use it as a digital keypad? I already have security cameras installed and do not want to use the keypad camera.

Just buy a regular keypad. My Chamberlain included a cheap mountable keypad.

Thanks for your reply. I have installed the MyQ Smart Keypad with battery saver switch on which helps in minimal motion sensing. With this setup, the battery is holding up really well so far. Other keypads in the market have very ordinary build quality. The MyQ keypad looks good and so far working well for my needs.

I just discovered that the keypad can only control one garage door and not two, like the old system does. It should not be hard for them to build this in.
