Hi Myra are your techniques suitable where the nature of the enquiries and the advice is more complex - for example, where legal, financial or medical advice is being given, so the advisor needs to focus very heavily on the caller's question and the solution, and may lose sight of call control on a more complex query? Also, would you say it is still a reasonable expectation for such calls to be resolved within a few minutes? Thanks.
