As i grow older i grow a little bit of resentment when these youtubers say: there's no reason to be broke in 2024, when we have the lowest buying power, the least mobility and highest prices and taxes of any other generation, on top of that he begs for castle club subscriptions every damn show, so no Myron.. I like a lot of your takes but becoming rich today is not easy, this comes from someone who came to the west from a dump down south, learned the language, learned to code, has 7 years of experience and works a second job, im comfortable for sure, i got a nice apartment but im nowhere near rich.

@@stophunt4654 as someone who is wealthy I wouldn’t say getting rich (1mil - 10mil net worth) is easy but it surely is doable. Wealthy is much more difficult (20 mil plus). If you are good at coding you could easily code an app that makes lots of money on a monthly recurring basis. For instance, I know a very well known trainer at my gym that created a fitness app to track all your workouts, meals, macros, strength progress, lean mass progress, body fat percentage, etc. Literally all he did was take a bunch of existing apps that already existed and put them on one digestible, easy to use platform, nothing actually innovative. This app has easily made him a multimillionaire and it was only developed in 2020.

On the topic of dual citizenship, I had to renounce a German Citizenship for the SF86 Security Clearance. That was just to be enlisted and turn tools in the National Guard.....not even my full time job. I grew up in the USA so I did not consider it a big deal. Only later did I realize that Congress and the State Department have no such obligation. Even if they are on a security committee I am guessing there are all kinds of "special exceptions".
