Friends and Family, Greetings 🖖🏽 TrickyRicky here nothing fancy but I'm back with another update. After taking some time away from everything to mourn with my wife, I figured it was time for me to drop another video for my friends and family. I’m doing ok for the latter part. My reprogramming has its ups and downs but mostly good. Eventually, I will end up going to get my settings tweaked to hopefully make things more comfortable for me. Also, I’m beginning to experience other issues that’s not related to MySCS. It is my back, not anywhere my surgical scars are but around L4/L3. I'm in no rush to see the doctor, I'm going to ride the wave for as long as possible to prevent future medical costs. Paying for "THIS" surgery has been a doozy therefore, I'm still trying to catch my breath. I will talk about it more in my next video so stay tuned. If you're new to the channel, mash subscribe & hit that like button if you like this video.
Speaking of which, if you haven't already please check out my:
"Spinal Cord Stimulator Patient" playlist: • Boston Scientific Spin...
*it's going to have all of the videos that I've ever done from the point of my trial, to my permanent & until this point, moving forward.

Yes, increase of anxiety is absolutely normal. Please don’t think there is something wrong! How you feel is completely normal. I am back from my St Lucia vacation, where I danced, rode horses, and even went ATVing, courtesy of my SCS. Had a humiliating and invasive “ inspection “ at the Philadelphia airport, even though both the Boston and St Lucian airport TSA were respectful, which was frustrating and embarrassing, and I don’t embarrass easily! Kind of traumatized by it to be honest. This life we now live, partially normal, but also partially mechanized is unusual, to say the least. But we CAN deal with it, and live our lives, mostly normal. Thanks Ricky for providing your support and perspective on KZbin…. Susan

Hello Susan, happy to hear that you had a blast out in St Lucia. I really hate to hear that you had a bad experience coming back, I think experiences like that are attributed to lack of knowledge about ourSCS devices and the need for additional training for those working in security so they know what to and or not to do when encountering individuals with devices like ours. To ensure that we’re handled in a professional manner. In regards to the anxiety, it can be a bit much. Oddly, It’s only that way when It’s really warm & or if I’m sitting in direct sunlight. Either way, MySCS improved my quality of life. Even if I have to use two shirts per day 😆 also, P.S. if you’re able to: please record yourself and share your vacation experiences with the world on KZbin. Of the questions I often get “can I do X,Y,Z after I’ve recovered?” Is one of them. You would be a perfect example of “You Can” and it would be assuring and as helpful as all of my videos.

Hello Lizzz, thanks for watching, thank you for expressing your condolences as well as best wishes on getting reprogrammed. You’re absolutely right, Chronic Pain is indeed horrible. I know others may have it worse than me. I’m happy to be alive and well but I truly miss the old me 😔

Sorry you are experiencing these new issues. I too have times where things seem off. Generally feel really good and have been happy with progress 9 weeks in. I am planning to go to end of summer and reevaluate any programing that may need changes. Still having issues getting the pain in the right buttocks and right foot to go away

That’s great to hear, I’m happy that your stimulator is working well for you. In regards to the late night aches, I recommend running at a lower pulse rate and higher amplitude. It’s much more comfortable (for me that is). Thanks so much for watching and sharing your experience with us 😀
