Ooooh new builds, I'm addicted to building. Wish I could show the brooder box I built for my baby's is really cool and I surprised myself! Man I'm finding this isn't as easy in New Mexico ( I gotta get out this state) but oh boy, armed with knowledge, I'm going to make this work... It is not required to form a board of directors for an LLC, although some people choose to create one. (Corporations are required to have a board, not limited liability companies.)
