Hettenahali temple built in 12th century ( year is visible on the area where God sits ) and later Channakeshwara temple ( kaidala ) . Both are very very old temples . In kaidala temples one can see various stone carvings that showcase age old practice and way to eshawara temple

Thank you sir for an exc6 information about Tumkur was native place of my grand mother and my wife. I didn't seen Tumkur but my father was asked me soil of Tumkur by rememberance of his mother. Iam unfortunate son didn't dó. He asked the soil of chamrajnagara newar Mysore his native place. I didn't fulfill it.
