Absolutely on point! Its totally fine to have a railway but the destruction of forests kept to a minimum. Its ok to have some extra mile even if it has to go around certain forest areas or uneven ground! And actually it might actually be good, imagine travelling in a vista dome chair car through the coffee plantations, going round abouts around madikeri. It'll be an amazing tourist thing to do!
