Requirements on uploading DAEM is very hard... BPI online account does not show your "Name" / "bank account" and "Bank name" at the same time... and for you BPI debit card... it does not show your "bank account" and " name" on the same side... be considerate on our uploaded proof of account.

How long we have to wait to have the reimbursement enrollment be approved by SSS? We're always referred to online services due to pandemic, why is it always takes time to respond with our concerns? I have to wait a long time to have my online account be fixed and have to go back to our local SSS office. Is this the normal online service provisioning time? Grabeh, if we don't badly needed to file for sss loan, I don't have to deal this kind of stuff. Sa contributions namin wala namang delays ah, and we even don't have the options even the amount they're getting changes without prior notice. We are paying for the contributions, I guess we deserves to be assisted properly. What do you think sss?

Ganyan ang service ng sss kapag sa contributions gusto nila on time kapag cla mg provide ng service sakit sa ulo gaya ng mobile app hinde ko maintindihan bakit hinde ko na mabuksan when several passwords were created

Aside from the super delayed e-mail approval for the enrolled disbursement account, their staff/one who handled SSS online queries thru their page was very rude.

I applied several times all are rejected with reasons were out of the blue. I wonder how "idiots" the verification process. Sana mag sara tong mangagatong na opisinang ito. Yawa.

Sir paano po inenroll kung daem account 1 month naka lagay lang for brsnch approval.wala naman email ang sss kung reject.

Ang hustle ng trunkline/landline nyo di makontak. Simple lng sana ung concern ko. For correction ng email address para maaccess ko ung sss account ko. nag email na ako sa inyo pero paulit ulit lang sinesend nyo lng din ung procedure.

Hello, please check your system sa DAEM, may bug yata. After magclick ng Enroll Disbursement Account button, may error na "An error occured while processing transaction." Thanks. And pakisabi po sa programmer nyo, wrong spelling ang occured, it should be occurred. Maraming salamat.

same prob.. halos 2months na ko nag aapply for daem.. punta ka sa branch di ka papasukin kasi wala daw appointment.. hays sana maayos ung system since government mayhawak

pakiayos po yung sss mobile app nyo. Tsaka yung sa website ang hirap po bago ka makapag enroll ng disbursement ginagawa naman namin yung sinasabi pero laging lumalabas file too large file must name alphanumeric chuchu... nag email na po ako nakailang beses na pero di parin nirereplayan.

Hi Team, My SSS Salary Loan application was screwed up big time. Like many of you, I had plans where to use that money. To add insult to the injury, an organization this big, that gives millions of pesos to their board of directors can’t seem to get their website working properly and even customer service. I had nowhere to go and didn’t know what to do. Just cancel the loan and wait until everything was fixed.

I submitted the documents of ACOP for my children's pension to the Philippines Embassy in Abu Dhabi on September 25, 2023, and the representative told me they would not provide and send the documents in the Philippines SSS until I paid my own SSS, otherwise, they would have to stop my children's pension to their late father. My question is anong kinalaman ng SSS ko sa SSS ng namatay na ama ng mga anak ko they received the pension sa Papa nilang namatay hindi sa akin so ano ang kinalaman noon at kailangan nila akong e force mag bayad ng ilang buwan na hulog ko SSS ko..? Ngayon nag email ako sa mismong SSS sa pilipinas tapos nag reply sila pinaprovide nila ako ng mga documents at sign the Acop forms i submitted then now gusto nila akong mag registered sa my.sss para sa Disbursement Account Enrollment Module, naka ilan registered ako pero laging sagot nila sa email ko hindi pa din ako nakaregister tapos di mo sila matawagan kasi wala silang pinoprovide na number nila. 4 months ako nag eemail sa kanila then same same lang ang mga reply nila.

Just wanna ask for clarification. I applied for a salary loan online and noticed that there is already a disbursement account enrolled. At that moment, I assume it was a system generated account number for all members. Unfortunately, a staff from your branch here in Ormoc told me that I should be the one providing my own personal bank account to where the disbursement is going to be sent. Again, I only knew this after I applied for the loan. I hurriedly removed/deactivated the account number that was in my SSS account and thought that the application will then be void. Apparently days later, my employer approved the salary loan application. Now I'm confused. I tried reapplying through the website again and it says I have an existing loan. Now my question is, where is my money? I mean, that account number is which was already in my SSS account is without a doubt no longer active. I don't even have the exact number for it too. So what should I do??

Nagpasa ako 2 beses rejected 1. Dahil daw di parehas name sa account ko at sa sss which name ko naman talaga nakalagay di lng buo dahil limited lng characters. Mas dumami pa issue Nung nagpasa ulit ako kahit Yung account lng pinalitan ko 2. Nagsend ako ng bank statement na may whole name ko pero di daw match kahit parehas naman Kasama pa middle name ko. - di daw clear Yung picture kahit nababasa naman. - selfie daw di daw clear mga eyebags ko nga kita di pa din clear. Ayaw lng ata magpaloan

Hi, I submitted different documents (screenshot of my BPI online account, screenshot of my BPI payroll ATM and even pdf file of recent Bank Statements) that are required to enroll my active BPI payroll account but I always got an immediate response that they have been declined because it doesn't include my account name and account number. Now I just submitted a BPI bank certificate, I got a confirmation number that it was submitted but hasn't heard from you whether the application was approved or not. Why is it taking time this time? I need to fila calamity loan for typhoon Odette asap.

They easily respond for rejection of documents.. but for the approval takes long time… its really a BAD Service ..

PAHIRAPAN. Last year, may enrolled disbursement account na ako which is yung payroll ATM ko at nakapag-avail ako ng Calamity Loan. Ngayon, I want to apply for a Salary Loan dahil eligible na ako tapos kailangan ko ulit mag-enroll ng disbursement account. Ni-register ko GCash and same account na ginamit ko last year for disbursement pero after one hell of a week of waiting, declined. Naglagay naman ako ng image. Isa pa, kapag nag-apply for loan ako using the SSS app, ina-advise pa ako mag-update ng contact info ko which is updated naman na at walang dapat baguhin. Kapag, bayaran at hulugan wala naman kami magagawa, mabilis pa sa alas onse kuha niyo. Ngayon kame na nangangailangan kailangan pahirapan.

Sakaling ang tinutukoy na concern ay may kinalaman sa account registration gamit ang Disbursement Account Enrollment Module (DAEM) at bilang bahagi ng karagdagang control at security feature nito ay kinakailangan ang mga sumusunod na dokumento/requirements. 1. Proof of Account (POA) na naglalaman ng account name, account number (kung bank account) o mobile number (kung E-Wallet) at bank name/E-wallet name tulad ng: • ATM card; • Bank certificates/statements issued sa loob ng kasalukuyang taon; • Foreign remittance receipt; • Passbook; • Validated deposit slip; o • Screenshot ng online o mobile banking account. 2. Proof of Identification (ID/Document) na naglalaman ng larawan at lagda. Ang listahan ng mga valid IDs/documents ay makikita sa link na ito: bit.ly/DAEMids 3. Proof of Identification (Selfie/Photo) - Mag-upload ng colored at malinaw na kopya ng inyong chest-level selfie/larawan na hawak ang inyong na-upload na Proof of Account at valid government-issued identification card/document. As soon as you select the e-wallet/rtc/cpo, there will be a pop-up message that says: Note: E-wallet/RTC/CPO accounts are currently not being used by SSS for loan disbursement. If you will file a salary/calamity loan application, please enroll a bank account for crediting of your loan proceeds.

hello if ever someone from SSS see this. since last dec. im trying to apply my bank and online banking. but unfortunately its always rejected. with an error of I.D card is not valid etc. i already tried my voters ID, passport and postal ID. now im going to NBI just to get certificate and try it again. im really disappointed imagine almost 4 months of trying.

Jusmiyo miamor...napakahirap pong maapprove ng disbursement dahil sa di userfriendly yung sa hinihinging attachment...naubos na buong araw di pa ren maapprove..lagi na lang yung selfie photo does not much with the proof...yung bpi online sa laptop ko ginamit kong proof kase sa mobile app di kita yung full name...tapos yung sa selfie yung umid ID ko saka yung atm ko na may full name pero hinde naman

I've tried to enroll my BPI multiple times (4 times now) and yet still rejected. I'm not sure if your team checks with BPI if the account number is with the requestor, but with the ATM BPI had provided me, there is NO Account number shown (it only shows card number, NOT account number). This is already getting frustrating. Why are you rejecting me for something that sits with BPI?

Mabuting araw Renjo! To decrease the file size, you may: 1. Send the file to FB MSGR and download it prior to uploading in DAEM 2. Screenshot the file then upload the screen-captured image in DAEM 3. For files in PCs, use any snipping tool, saved in JPEG format (as usual default format is in PNG) then upload in DAEM 4. Good evening. Please po, sana may sumagot po ASAP. Nag-apply po ako for Salary Loan nitong January 25, 2022. Then, certified na siya ng employer ko plus approved ninyo kinabukasan. Ang sabi po, 1-2 banking days after ng approval day anf disbursement. Ang problem ko po is today ko po sana kailangan yung money pero wala pa rin akong natatanggap. Late na po ako sa kailangan ko. Bakit po walang real-time updates or tracker para ma-monitor yung movement ng application/disbursement? Late na ako kung bukas ko pa matatanggap yung loan.

Mabuting Araw jaiunkabogable. Ang crediting period po ng loan proceeds ay sa loob ng 5 hanggang 10 working days mula sa settlement date nito. Maraming salamat at keep safe po lagi.

Hi, This is a question po regarding sa Enrollment ng bagong Disbursement account ng Company employer. Once po ba na madeactivate ang current bank account na enrolled sa employer account namin sa SSS and mag-apply kami ng bagong bank account thru online portal... Need pa ba naming mag-report and mag-submit ng requirements sa pnaka-malapit na branch ng SSS office for updating and enrollment ng new bank account namin for disbursement? Suggested kasi ng bank namin na mag-apply kami nang new account sa kanila. Thanks, pls sana po masagot!

Dear SSS, need po ninyong icheck yung mga SSS servicing branches kasi hindi nila inaasikaso iyang mga disbursement account. Mag 1 month na subject for approval yung bank account ko sa DAEM kaya nagdecide na kaming tumawag sa SSS landline na 7917-7777. Buti na lang may nakausap kaming SSS personnel at hayun 1 day lang APPROVED na yung bank account. Sobrang thankful kami sa SSS personnel (nakalimutan ko name, babae siya) para sa mabilis niyang pag-aksyon. Maraming salamat din SSS :)

sana entertain nyo din yung mga nag aaplay ng salary loan personally dahil di po lahat ay magaling sa computer or walang access sa phone at computers. E mas madali pa pong mag aplay sa pag ibig salary loan kesa sa SSS ng salary loan e. I-level nyo po sana service nyo. nahihirapan ang miyembro ma avail ang loan, pera na namin pahirapan pa utangin.

Good day! I made a disbursement account for my dad last December 12, 2021 after 2 days I received an email saying that it has been processed and approved but until now my dad hasn't received any pension. Last May 2021 pa po namin naipasa yung documents needed for my mom's death claim pero later this year lang namin nalaman na kailangan pa pala gumawa ng disbursement account. At least four times na kami nagpapabalik balik dito sa branch niyo here in our province which is super hassle. Hope you can address our issue.

Just applied for the disbursement account. By reading all of these comments, it seems SSS management is just sitting for money without even thinking about their services. Poor services to the loyal contributors is what we got.

Good day! I trying to enroll my disbursement account through my SSS account. I've been trying to enroll many times but it's always being rejected. The first comment was, the bank name is not indicated at the front of my ATM. What should I do? This ATM was issued by our company. Secondly, the ID number is not included on the picture, but it is. I've provided my UMID ID and the number is showing on the picture. What I did is that, I applied for Postal ID and I attached it on the SSS website together with the other proof of documents. When I got a response, it says the account number is not showing on the screenshot of my online bank account. How come it is not showing? The account number and my full name is clearly indicated on the screenshot. I submitted it again, then I got a response saying that the format is invalid. What I did is that, I converted all the file to PDF and I submitted it again. Then I got a response saying that person on the selfie and the ID I provided is not the same? WTF??!! Is there any option to send all the proof via email?! I can provide any documents you need. I am looking forward to your response. Thanks!

nacacancel yung enrollment ko ng walang notification. ni hindi ko alam kung san nag-eerror para maiprovide ko yung info na kailangan... 1. confusing yung "account number/mobile number" - ano ba dapat? hindi naman pwede sabay iprovide... 2. photo of ATM with account number - may sinubmit ako na photo ng ATM card ng BPI pero syempre wala yung account number dun kasi card number na nakalagay -cancelled ng walang notification 3. E-wallet - screenshot ng mobile app na nandun yung account number -cancelled din ng walang notification

Ive been trying to apply, tried to use my BANK account (screenshot of the atm and even tried the online banking) pero laging declined. I made sure na malinaw. Im not a newbie in taking photos kaya alam ko na maayos malinaw at readable. So how can we apply kung laging declined? Ayaw nyo naman mag pa apply sa branch? Why are you making this difficult? This office has been deducting money from me since 1997. And this is the service we get??

I have been in different SSS branches to submit my retirement benefit application form. They only said apply online. And whenever i click e-Service and DAEM may mag pop out na page to click pero pag i click walang lumalabas. Are these website being controlled kung need na mag apply ng retirement benefits . Ang bilis mag generate ng PRN pag magbabayad ng contributions now that mag claim na pahirapan na. Kahit sa mga counters ng SSS laging nakalagay offline . Di daw makapag upload . Last year pa under maintenance yong website. Anong klaseng IT specialist meron kayo. Kaka gigil na.

Hi po, gusto ko lang po humingi sa inyo ng guide kung paano. Isa sa mga kasamahan ko ay mag fifile ng sickness leave, sabi ng taga sss ay kailangan mkapag enroll muna sa daem ang employer account. Kaya ayon, inen-roll pero nagtataka bakit pag fill up ko ng mga details sa member, ang nag pop-up member has no disbursement account enrolled. Ang akala ko kasi isang process lang ang pag enroll ng daem, kaya ayon sinabihan ako na kailangan pa e-enroll ang member sa daem. Then there was an instruction that I will receive an email with a link where I can confirm my request to update my email. I received the email but there was no link where I can confirm my request.

ano na SSS...matatanggap pa ba yung calamity loan...?approve na jan 27..till now wala pa rin sa bank account...db sana batas niyo yan..kilos naman...kaya nga nagapply ng calamity loan kasi kailangan e.. ito db batas niyo..tuparin niyo naman to.. 6. If with activated UMID-ATM, the loan proceeds shall automatically be credited to member’s account. 7. If release thru UBP Quick Cards: The loan proceeds shall be credited to member-borrower’s account within three (3) to five (5) working days from approval date of the loan. Member-borrowers may avail of UBP Quick Cards at UBP Kiosks located at selected 26 SSS Branches

Im currently employed and mag aapply sana ako wisp plus, Kaya lang nung nacheck ko before ako makapag create ng wisp plus account, walang naka enroll sken na disbursement account pero before, nung naglo-loan ako sa sss, sa unionbank nila pinapasok ung loan ko. Ung unionbank na un is provided ni sss dati nung first time kong mag loan. Pano kaya un?

Hi kapag naglog in na ako and i click on disbursement account enrollemnt module, i receive “Kindly update your mailing address in order proceed to your Disbursement account enrollment”. Tama na namn ang address ko. However, pumunta pa rin ako sa SSS branch and ask. Okay namn daw. Tama namn daw address. Tapos i went home and check kung pwede na ako magapply. Wala parin. Same error message. Then, for the 2nd time i went to SSS branch ulit…tapos may kuna aong ginawa sya and gave me the steps on how to enroll. Pagbukas ko ulit ng account ko, same error message. Ano ba talaga dapat gawin.

Yung PAg-Ibig fund na kinakaltas sa akin everymonth, one week ko lang na process and 2nd week tumawag sa akin yung Pagi-ibig officer na ready to pick -up na yung perang makukuha ko, as lumsum retirement. Bakit hindi nyo ito magawa, samantalang almost SSS member is also Pag-ibig member. Pa online system pa kyo, lalu lang tumatagal. please ibalaik nyo na yung dating procedure. lalu lang na di delay ang processing sa online system nyo.salamat po.

I already submit a chest-level selfie/larawan na hawak ang inyong na-upload na Proof of Account at valid government-issued identification card/document, and my proof of account is online banking screenshot so ang hawak ko ay my mobile phone, pero rejected invalid attachedment daw ? anong kaylangan na hawak ko sa selfie bukod sa ID kung online banking ang proof of aacount ko? and take note may online banking is Cardless and hindi lahat ng ATM card my Account number na nakalagay. So please give us a guidelines if what attachment do you need if Online Banking Screenshot ang proof of aacount, Hindi ATM lang ang example niyo dahil sa panahon ngayon cardless na. Hello, mag 2 yrs ng patay ang papa ko and mag 2 yrs na din nilalakad ng mama ko ang death claim pero until now wala pa din sobrang tagal and paiba iba ng instructions ang ibat ibang brach na pinupuntahan namin. Pinag papasapasahan kami. Ngayon need daw gumawa ng disbursement account para sa half brother namin na makakatanggap din ng monthly claim. Ang problema, rejected daw yung application namin dahil di valid mga documents na pinapasa namin. Hinihingan ng valid ID yung 4 yrs old na bata. Di daw approved yung birth certificate from NSO. Anong gagawin namin? Sobrang stress na dulot nito, sobrang panget ng customer service nyo compared sa binabayad ng tao sainyo. Anong next step para sa 4 yrs old na need ng disbursement account pero ayaw nyo tanggapin yung NSO as a valid ID?

Bat ang hirap nyo pong mag approve -- reject kayo ng reject sa selfies -- Hindi ba kayo nag zo-zoom in? Ang rami nyong kaartehan sa requirements pero nirereject nyo ang selfie kesyo hindi kayo marunong mabasa ang hawak na validated slip kahit ang klaro-klaro naman ng individual image ng validated slip sa submission bin? Tapos sasabihin nyo namang hindi mabasa at hindi yung proof of acct yung hawak kahit na printed version lang naman ng SOA yung hawak sa selfie at inupload naman ang pdf version sa submission bin??? Nananadya lang yata kayo -- ayaw nyong magpa-loan, yun ang totoo.

Hi SSS! Nag enrol ako ng disbursement account ko last December pa. Mag loloan sana para sa pasko. Matatapos na ang January hindi pa din naapprove. Nag follow up na ako sa Alimall branch pati sa Cubao Puregold branch pero parehong walang kwenta yung services. Bakit sobrang tagal ng enrolment sabi 3 working days lang?
