Hale is one of the greatest voice actors of our generation. Unlike Sheploo who just can't sound convincing as a badass (making a renegade playthrough boring) Hale can portray the same character with different personalities. Plus she has good range. Most people wouldn't know that she is Alex in Eternal Darkness or Tanya in Mortal Kombat unless they were told it was Hale. Holding short swords like that, one normally and one in reverse grip, is actually not a bad stance. It allows you to block incoming attacks with the reverse, even bracing the flat side against the forearm if necessary, while still leaving both swords available for offensive strikes.
