A terrific song from one of the best groups of the 80's at the height of their powers in 1986. Mark Hollis was such a talented singer and frontman. It's truly a shame that he stopped making music with Talk Talk in 1991; however, I give him all credit for choosing his family and being a good dad, rather than chasing fleeting success. He left us in 2019, but we have his wonderful music. Love, Light and Peace, Mark.

Andrew Richmond people are changed. Unfortunately there’s no place for normal but talented musicians. People just look at the envelope instead of the content. There’s no way for the Music in the way we know it and we mean it. It is just about money. It is a moment. Garbage. Disposable stuff. What we can do is keep it alive and never forget what it gave to us.

Born in 1951, one of nine kids who struggled to survive. Left home at 16 and worked on a travelling fair until I was 26. Met the wife to be in 1977and she saw something that I and others didn’t, she saw beyond my days of drugs and being a pain. Married in 1979 and worked my socks off bringing up my two girls, gave them the things my parents couldn’t afford. Still with my wife after 40 plus years and what a fine woman she is, she’s been the rock that kept me sensible. These days I’m happily retired but still catching up with the stuff I missed in the 80s and 90s but wouldn’t change it for the world, it’s my time again so here I am, got stories to tell and hopefully more to come…Smiles….
