@@Itosalix did you know that “bless you” started from the belief that sneezing was your soul trying to escape your body and someone saying bless you caused it to go back in. No idea why we keep saying it based on the origin. Seems really strange to me. I say gesundheit sometimes but that’s about it.

About that: in all semi-seriousness, it was inappropriate for Loki to pull a gun on her, but she was *working for* a company that did all these things. She probably didn't know every dirty detail, but when you work for people that sleazy for several years, you begin to pick up on some of it. Still she stayed. But then again: she may have had very little choice in the matter. So it's #complicated.

Fun Fact: this was supposed to be an overly done, John Woo-esque action scene with Matt Damon gunning down the board, this is the reason they’re all burly looking stunt men. At the last minute, Kevin Smith was doubtful that he’d be able to pull it off, so he scrapped it.

Anyone else realize the cow statue alludes to the story of Moses. He leads the Israelites out of Egypt looking for the holy land. On the way he stops to climb a mountain to speak to god and is away for something like 30 days. By the time he returns they had begun to worship a golden bull as a false idol, and Moses breaks the tablets with the 10 commandments on them out of anger

Have there been any mass killings that don't count as massacres, unless they have been judged by a court? None come to mind. A massacre is a massacre rather than just a mass execution when there is no proper right to a fair trial, which these two didn't give them. Yeah, i understand, angels and they know their guilt etc, but the point still stands, it's your peers, not the divine that dole out punishment
