Arunachal Pradesh-based entrepreneur Phurpa Tsering first ventured into fruit wine in 2021 after he founded Norphel Winery. His first stint was with Kiwi, which is found in abundance in the northeastern state. Following the success with kiwi, the entrepreneur started producing wine made from apple, ginger and persimmon. His brand Norphel Wine is now available across Arunachal and the entrepreneur plans of expanding his market to the other northeastern states.
