I've never read the comics, but I've played both the 2 injustices. For me even this universe Supes isn't evil, he's just the personification (or kryptonification) of the pure fear of loosing again people he loves, and he's so scared that he would also fight his friends to reach HIS way of Justice (which is bad, but understandable). He rules this world using fear, but in the reality he is the one who is more scared of all.
