Let me know what you think of this style of content/guide I also say during the outro but between youtube/twitch/mage-hub/running a guild I am past my limit of what I can do without doing this full time & I'm looking to drop some of the stuff I do. Let me know what content you'd like to see the most going forwards so I can focus on that more in the future.

I would honestly say magehub is one of the best things about being a mage player and i also love your youtube content but for what you should continue i think whatever you actually enjoy is all that matters. (i would miss magehub and this youtube though ngl)

Mage hub and KZbin guides I think are the best outputs for your skill. I know that for sure we are missing the Ultimate frost mage guide for DF :)

mage-hub is really good,typesetting is much better than IV or wowhead,hoping we can see more detail/latest rotation/build/opener,like frost mage section is a little bit "roughly"? or maybe a blog in mage-hub/vlog to introduce and discuss latest hotfix/build/rotation or other mage meta things.

I love this kind of content, as someone who doesn't want to search for streamers, or go through vods to get an impression on how to play mage on X fight, this is really good content, for a non-trivial boss.

I loved this! The level of depth is extremely useful for just raid awareness. Then the added info about how you play it as Arcane Mage makes is extra effective for any mages that are struggling on this fight.

@toegrinder I think guides like this are way better. Very detailed information from a mage's pov. I would say it would be nice if you are able to do the whole raid and not just mythic some of us are heroic andy's. Mage hub is also a good tool as well and would like to see both.

Excellent guide with precise details to everything. Keep the good work man. On a side note, for progress, would it be beneficial in any way going Frost Mage instead of arcane when learning fights? Because I still get overwhelmed by Arcane rotation when paired with mechs and have been using frost due to the "simpler" rotation although it requires a lot of uptime to perform good imo

I find that going for the easier spec with the intent of switching later when learning fights is harder, at some point you need to switch and learn anyway. Better to get over the learning curve early even if the first few pulls are painful Personally I think shields will be a bigger issue for guilds that boss DPS, so I'd stay Arcane. If you find you're fine on shields but need boss damage Frost could be good but the slow in the intermission might be a bit troll

i would advise for people to use miniburns during p2 since boss damage is important too for guilds trying to get their first kill and you should still get decent timings on ur burst on shields even without pala cdr blessing. I think only the last shield which is easiest anyway is the one where ur timing is a bit scuffed. Edit: the timings are super tight and i would still focus on blast wave / kick spellsteal even during scuffed miniburns during prog

Hey Mr. Grindy, I have a semi-off topic question: What do you hit when fighting easy trash/low M+ and none of the mobs survive long enough for a clean rotation? I've been having OK luck just cycling cooldowns instead of forming them up like Voltron into The Big Burst, but I'm wondering if someone's crunched the numbers and come up with a "right" way to blow up trash
