@@ginger_nosoul She does everything because she's being controlling and doesn't trust him. It has nothing to do with his skill level. Trevor has done plenty of solo stuff and created great food. I honestly get a bit miffed by how he's treated in the group challenges, and I can kind of tell that he's getting a little tired of it too. Its sad because I think he's a good part of the channel but he's young and I think he isn't doing well being kind of the butt of jokes or being considered the "lesser" of the team in the kitchen.

Lilly keeps saying tonkatsu, which is a deep fried pork cutlet (ton=pork, katsu=cutlet)…but they’re making a broth from pork bones (ton=pork, kotsu=bone). If Josh were here, I’m sure he would’ve said it correctly, and then he’d explain both dishes. The dude brings the chaos, but he really does bring the facts too. PS - It’s crazy that people STILL think cows have 4 stomachs. 🤣😂

I do love how chefs keep trying to convince me that tripe is delicious. All you have to do is wash it so no trace of it's natural odour or flavour remains, then cook it with enough spices that they can cover up any residual flavour you might have left accidentally.

Just a minor point. YOU SHOJLD ALWAYS WASH NEW CLOTHES BEFORE WEARING THEM! All clothing sold in the U.S. has to be, by law, infused with a substance that makes it flame resistance. AKA it will not burn easily. There is commonly residue of this on the fabric, washing before wearing is a very good idea.

You should always wash new clothes at least in the US. You do not want the stuff they treat them with during manufacturing to get on you, and especially clothes someone else could have tried on can be a disease transmission vector. Most of the time you'll be okay, but it's worth taking precautions for the times you won't be.

It sounds like salt is usually made by either collecting a bunch of seawater and then evaporating it, or by finding underground salt deposits (where seawater used to be) and pumping water into them (and then evaporating that).
