You're tripping acting like he "didn't cook" because he used someone else's cut onions. He caramelized them, which takes time and attention to get right. He mixed his sauce himself. The other chefs also used precut ingredients too, and you'll be shocked to hear this but... Most professional kitchens have ingredients prepped for them BEFORE they cook them 😱
