Do you remember the first sunrise? Sharpened bone clenched tight in your fist. Screaming into the blue An urge to kill the sky.. We wonder how it feels to be free...

I feel an envious rage in the apes eyes, maybe they were a mistake?

The Pale Man arises from clay, chosen of the Fates. The Dark Apes descend from trees; Brutalizing purity. Ivory blade cuts Ebony hide. But the Light is few, the Dark is many. A Golden charge pierces Darkness; Bronze of Might. Eyes of Sky. Skull of Mountains. Gaze of Truth. Crimson of mortal Blood; Azure of noble Ichor.

This comic slide with music accompaniment is the best thing ive seen in a long time my God

This is awesome. The imagery visceral, the choice of music atmospheric. You know how to set the mood, sir! Also: Antediluvian settings have always appealed to me. The mixture of mysticism and scale, where the maps are blank, the potential for adventure boundless.

Thanks! Glad you appreciate it. It's definitely not for everyone - but, that's a good thing. It's a great sandbox to play in. Definitely more to come. Cheers.

I frequently revisit this video to draw inspiration, meticulously examining each detail to immerse myself further in the narrative. Recently, a particular aspect caught my attention: the palpable expression of fear in the man's eyes during the final scene unsettled me. Did you intentionally aim to make fear such a conspicuous element in the characterization of the hero?

Thank you! And yes. I love this project. I can't wait to get back to it. I have about 2/3 of it done but need to wrap up some other work. And yes - I drew it in a very meticulous style on purpose because I want the reader to feel like everything has purpose. And, by removing words, you then dig into the art - instead of just usually bouncing to the next word balloon.
