Hey there, this is some gameplay footage of how our game looks currently. ‪@LeatherIceCream‬ and me are currently working hard on this game and hope to release it eventually.
-When will this be released?
Who knows, we're not even 1/20th of the way done. We hope to post updates on this games progress every once in a while, sorta like one certain developer :). Videos will probably slow down later down in development cause of spoilers and such. This game might not even be finished so no promises on anything.
-Is this official music to the game?
Nah, this is music from the previous attempt at making this game, still really good, but will most likely not be used in the final game.
-No sfx?
Yeah not yet, we're planning on adding that next!
-Video game?

I love how the movement in this game looks! Only thing I'm thinking of is I wish the screen either wasn't static (at points), or had more interesting transitions/decoration. Feels more like a Scratch game and less like a great indie game (Hollow Knight is my reference here). Other than that tho, really fun looking!

While I'm rather disappointed this third Slavija attempt doesn't have the gloomy atmosphere the game was "known" for, I'm happy Leather is finally going back to his full hand drawn style rather than being "pixel art" filtered. As for you, have fun while you can with the project, Slavija is like Duke Nukem Forever lmao.

Gloomy atmosphere is just never Leather's thing. He just isn't too serious. That's also why Spears N Spades his worst game, cus he tried to dial back his humour, thinking proper games aren't supposed to be too crazy

@@justdenys1421 That's because you probably know him only via his recent creations and the KZbin channel. But I think he could indeed make something more serious if he had enough effort. Not saying it should be Penumbra level of seriousness, but maybe Stalker level of it, as: "yeah the matter is serious, but we still goof around because it's fun." Also, Spear N' Spades it's his worst game not because of the atmosphere and lack of humor (it was still kind of goofy actually), but because it was almost a 1:1 rip of Ghost N' Goblins. The idea of an "inspired" game was neat af, but there were too many similarities and very few improvements or engaging new ideas. Don't get me wrong, Leather's "funny" games are always top notch for my rotten humor, but Slavija was special because it was "different" and, in my opinion, it really encapsulated that small edgy part of Leather.

Would be cool if after beating a level all photos that you took (only the part inside the white rectangle) would be shown to the player in some way

I think that for sfx that a little jingle or voice clip could play when you take a really good picture, like in dead-rising would be pretty neat

Круто выглядит, как с визуальной части, так и с игровой. Даже механика с рывком интересно выглядит и с ним можно сделать разные пазлы. Единственное, что особо не нравиться это расположен кнопок, а именно X и C я бы поменял местами, но это особо не критично
