For the piglin head one, it’s sort of true in java, and false in bedrock. Wearing the head means that piglins don’t detect you until you go close to them. Otherwise, if you aren’t sneaking and don’t have gold armor, they’ll chase u as soon as they see u.

The thing with the wither and snow biome makes sense as if below the floating soul sand, is a block (including snow, torches and any other non-full blocks) the wither wont spawn so the myth is in theory true it just depends on where you build wither.

For myth #5, it’s because of the snow under the wither’s arms For myth #15, it is for the nether. For myth 19 or 20 (the one after the spider) you accidently put the spider one again.
